Content on this site is general information about roofing services and is not a quote, contract, or guarantee. Pricing, scope, and timelines are set only in a written estimate or agreement from First Eagle Roofing LLC.
Inspection Requests
Submitting a request does not create a contract. We may decline requests outside our service area or that we cannot safely perform. An inspection request is not confirmation of an appointment; our team will contact you to discuss availability and the property. Do not use website chat or an inspection form to report a life-threatening emergency. If damage creates an immediate danger, move to a safe location and contact the appropriate emergency services.
SMS Program Terms
- Program: First Eagle Roofing LLC service-related inspection, scheduling, appointment reminder, and roofing project update messages. This program does not include promotional or marketing messages.
- Opt-in: You opt in by checking the separate, optional, initially unchecked SMS consent box on our inspection form. If you use website chat, text messaging requires a separate explicit SMS opt-in presented there. Entering your phone number, starting a chat, or submitting a form is not by itself consent to texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and an inspection request can be submitted without SMS consent.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your request and project.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any program message to cancel SMS participation. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out; no further program texts will be sent unless you provide a new opt-in. Unsubscribing from texts does not cancel your roofing service request.
- Help: Reply HELP for messaging assistance or call 850-378-3376 for support from First Eagle Roofing.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You must provide a mobile number you own or are authorized to use and notify us if that number changes. Wireless coverage, carrier support, and device settings can affect message delivery; SMS is not an emergency service and does not guarantee an immediate response.
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from other sharing categories, except disclosures to providers necessary to deliver our messaging service. Our Privacy Policy explains the information collected through inspection forms and website chat, its use, and your privacy choices.
Website Chat and Acceptable Use
Our LeadConnector / GoHighLevel chat lets you contact our team about roofing needs. Chat responses are informational and do not replace a property inspection or written agreement. Please provide accurate contact details and avoid submitting confidential payment information. You may not use this site to send unlawful content, impersonate another person, or interfere with its operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, First Eagle Roofing LLC is not liable for damages arising from use of this website.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these website and messaging terms as the program changes. The latest version will appear on this page with its revision date. Any materially different messaging purpose requires appropriate consent; the inspection-related opt-in described here is not permission for unrelated promotional campaigns.
