Fix It Right, Not Twice

Roof Repair in Pensacola

Damaged shingles, tired flashing, split pipe boots — we fix the components that fail without selling you a roof you don't need yet.

Fix What's Broken, Keep What's Working

A roof is a system of parts, and parts wear out at different speeds. The shingles on the south slope bake years faster than the north. The rubber around a vent pipe gives up long before the metal beside it. Good roof repair means replacing the component that failed — correctly, with the right materials — and leaving the healthy roof alone. That's how we approach every repair call across Escambia, Santa Rosa, and Okaloosa counties.

The Repairs We Handle Most

  • Wind-damaged shingles. Missing, lifted, or creased tabs replaced and sealed. Creased shingles have lost their seal even if they look flat again — they get replaced, not pressed back down.
  • Flashing. Chimney, wall, and valley flashing re-sealed or re-built. Flashing failures cause a large share of the leaks we're called about.
  • Pipe boots and vents. Cracked rubber collars and damaged vent hoods swapped out — a fast fix for one of the Panhandle's most common drip sources.
  • Soffit and fascia at the roof edge. Storm-torn or rotted sections replaced so the roof edge stays closed to wind and pests.
  • Hail and debris impacts. Bruised shingles and punctured panels documented and repaired, with photos for your records or insurer.
  • Metal and flat roofs. Fastener replacement, seam resealing, panel swaps, and membrane patches on commercial and residential systems.

One note: if water is actively coming into the building right now, that's a different kind of visit. Our roof leak repair page covers how we trace and stop active leaks — this page is about repairing the damaged components themselves.

Repair or Replace: How We Call It

The math is simple even if the decision isn't. A repair is the right call when the damage is localized and the surrounding roof has years left. Replacement becomes the smarter spend when repairs start stacking up — when you're fixing a new spot every season, when the shingles have gone brittle across whole slopes, or when the decking has softened in multiple areas. We'll show you photos of what we find and give you both numbers when it's close, so the choice is yours with real information. When it is time, our roof replacement page walks through exactly what that process looks like.

Matching Your Existing Roof

A repair you can see from the street bothers homeowners, and rightly so. We identify your shingle's manufacturer, product line, and color, then source the closest match available. One honest caveat: a roof that's spent a decade under Gulf Coast sun has faded, and new shingles arrive at full color. The patch will blend as it weathers, and we'll set expectations with you before any work starts.

Storm Damage Repairs and Insurance

When wind or hail is the cause, documentation matters. We photograph the damage before we touch it, note the storm date, and provide a written scope you can hand to your insurer. If the damage is part of a bigger claim, we coordinate the repair with the larger scope so nothing gets missed.

Roof Repair FAQ

Usually, yes. We identify the manufacturer, line, and color of your current shingles and source the closest match available. Keep in mind that sun-faded older shingles won't be a perfect color match to brand-new ones — we'll show you the difference before we start so there are no surprises.
